Hey Guys! My kid is always on devices, watching lots of time-wasting stuff. Could anyone guide me with reducing the screen time limit?

To reduce your screen time limit, go to your device’s Settings, open the Screen Time (iOS) or Digital Wellbeing (Android) section, and adjust or disable the daily limit for specific apps or categories. You can either extend the limit, remove it entirely, or set downtime schedules. On shared or child devices, you may need the passcode set by the parent or admin to make these changes.

To reduce a screen time limit on your device, go to your phone’s Settings, find Screen Time (on iPhone) or Digital Wellbeing (on Android), and adjust or disable the limits. If it’s restricted by a passcode or parental control, you’ll need that code to change the settings.

To reduce your screen time limit, open your device’s Screen Time or Digital Wellbeing settings, select the app or category, then adjust the daily limit to a lower duration. Save changes to help manage and reduce usage effectively.

To reduce screen time limit:
  1. Use built-in tools (iOS Screen Time, Android Digital Wellbeing).
  2. Set app limits and downtime schedules.
  3. Enable grayscale mode to reduce visual appeal.
  4. Turn off notifications for non-essential apps.
  5. Keep devices out of reach during focus hours.
